Mr Wong Kai-Man JP is currently the CEO of Li & Fung (1906) Foundation Ltd, a charity and a senior advisor to Tricor Services Ltd, a provider of business services. He has 32 years of audit, IPO and computer audit experience . Mr Wong was a member of the GEM Listing Committee of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Ltd from 1999 to 2003. He retired as an audit partner from PricewaterhouseCoopers, Hong Kong on 30 June 2005. In addition, he serves in a number of government committees and the boards of certain NGOs.

Mr Wong graduated from The University of Hong Kong in 1972 with BSc degree in Physics and Maths, and later from The Chinese University of Hong Kong with MBA degree; and is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK and a fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

黃啟民太平紳士 是利豐(1906)慈善基金有限公司的行政總裁及卓佳專業商務有限公司的資深顧問。他擁有三十二年的審計，上市集資及電腦審計之專業經驗。在 1999 至 2003 年間，他是香港聯合交易所有限公司創業板上市委員會委員。黃先生於 2005 年 6 月 30 日退任香港羅兵咸永道會計師事務所合夥人一職。黃先生亦服務於多個政府委任之委員會及非牟利機構之董事局。

黃先生在 1972 年畢業於香港大學，擁有理學士。其後獲得中文大學之工商管理學碩士，並為英國特許公認會計師會資深會員，香港會計師公會資深會員。

Ms Anna Sum-yee Kwong 鄺心怡

(BA[AS] 1972, BArch 1974)

Ms Anna Sum-yee Kwong , Medal of Honour, is a Registered Architect, an Authorized Person, a Fellow and the incumbent Vice President of the Hong Kong Institute of Architects. She started her voluntary service from her college days and in her professional career - community service with NGOs at the local / regional / international committee levels and in government / quasi-government boards.

Graduated from The University of Hong Kong with a degree of BA in Architectural Studies, Ms Kwong was awarded the HKU Alumni Association Gold Medal as well as the Jardin Henry Lo Scholarship in 1972 and graduated later with a Bachelor of Architecture in 1974. Two of her major culture heritage conservation projects - the Cathedral at Caine Road and St Joseph's Chapel at Yim Tin Tsai, Sai Kung won her an "Honourable Mention" in 2003 and "Award of Merit" in 2005 awarded by the UNESCO Asia-Pacific Office.

After having gained a working experience of more than 30 years in both the commercial and public sectors, including the establishment of the office for the Diocesan Building and Development Commission, Ms Kwong commenced recently her own consultancy practice.

鄺心怡女士 (榮譽勳章) 為註冊建築師、認可人士、香港建築師學會資深會員及現任副會長。在中學時代已開始服務社區，其後參與多個「非政府組織」管理委員會，在香港、東南亞及國際層面伸展其服務，並在政府公職方面作出貢獻。

鄺女士為 1972 香港大學建築文學士，獲贈獎學金及大學同學會嘉許金牌，1974 取得建築學士。其建築項目﹕半山堅道「主教座堂」及西貢鹽田梓「聖若瑟小堂」在 2003 年及 2005 年獲“聯合國教育科學文化組織 ”亞太區文化遺產保護獎及優良獎。

Mrs Anna Lai 黎黃靄玲

(BSocSc 1972)

Mrs Anna Lai is Director of Prime Prime International Ltd, a company specialized in business strategy consultancy and training services. Before that, she was the Deputy Executive Director of Hong Kong Trade Development Council, where she had worked for 30 years.

During her employment with the Hong Kong Trade Development Council, she had been in charge of many departments, including research, industry promotion, international conferences, e-commerce, communications and advertising, human resources, etc. She started traveling to the Chinese mainland for business in 1985, and has since established extensive connections within China and overseas.

Mrs Lai is a member of Lingnan University’s Social Sciences Advisory Board, a Trustee Member of Epson Foundation and an Honorary Advisor on Trade Promotion to Monte Jade Science and Technology Association in Hong Kong. Previously, she had served as a member of HKSARG’s Small and Medium Enterprises Committee and Statistics Advisory Board.

She obtained her Bachelor of Social Sciences Degree from the University of Hong Kong in 1972. She completed an Executive Program in the Graduate School of Business, Stanford University in 1994, and a Public Bodies Executive Development Program in the National School of Administration, PRC in 1997. She is a popular speaker.

黎黃靄玲女士 是前香港貿易發展局副總裁，曾在貿發局任職 30 年。現任驕聯國際有限公司董事，專門提供商貿策略顧問及培訓等服務。

黃女士任職於貿發局期間，曾掌管多個部門，包括市場研究、行業推廣、國際會議、電子商貿、廣告傳播、人力資源等，對中小企業的支援貢獻尤大。她於1985 年開始涉足中國內地事務，自此在海內外建立了廣泛的聯繫。

黃女士現時是嶺南大學社會科學顧問委員，同時也是愛普生基金會的受託委員和香港玉山科技協會的名譽貿易發展顧問。年前，她曾是香港特區政府中小型企業委員會委員及統計諮詢委員會委員。

黃女士在 1972 年畢業於香港大學，獲授社會科學學士；1994 年在美國史丹福商業學院修畢高級行政人員管理課程；1997 年在北京修畢國家行政學院之香港公共機構行政人員課程。她經常在各地演講，甚受歡迎。

Mrs Cynthia Tze-Yu (Ling) Law 羅林志禹

(BA 1972, DipEd 1973)

Mrs Cynthia Tze-Yu Law is a retired teacher. She graduated from the University of Hong Kong (BA Hons) in 1972, majoring in English Literature. She obtained her Diploma in Education (HKU) in 1973. During her teaching career, she taught English and English literature at Queen’s College (HK), Queen Elizabeth College (Palmerston North, New Zealand) and St Paul’s Co-educational College (HK) before retiring in the early 1990s. Currently, as a volunteer, she helps with organizing English workshops for needy secondary school students in Hong Kong.

羅林志禹女士 早年畢業於香港大學 (文學士 1972、教育文憑 1973) 。羅女士曾任教於皇仁書院(香港)、伊利沙白中學(紐西蘭)及聖保羅男女中學(香港)，近年則參加義工行列，為有需要之香港中學生提供英語課業輔導。

Professor C F Lee 李焯芬

(BScEng 1968,MScEng 1970)

Professor C F Lee (SBS , JP) is Chair Professor of Geotechnical Engineering and Pro-Vice-Chancellor of the University of Hong Kong. He is a graduate of HKU (BScEng 1968 , MScEng 1970) and the University of Western Ontario , Canada (PhD1972). He worked on hydropower and infrastructure projects in Canada, China and overseas for many years before joining HKU in 1994. He is an Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, President of the Hong Kong Academy of Engineering Science, and President of the Fuhui Charitable Foundation.

李焯芬，香港大學岩土工程講座教授，副校長；香港大學工程學士，碩士；加拿大西安大略大學博士；曾在加拿大，中國及發展中國家從事水利及基建工作多年；1994 年回港大服務。現任中國工程院院士，香港工程科學院院長，及香港福慧慈善基金會會長等職。

Professor Kai-ming Cheng 程介明

(BSc 1966, BSc Sp 1967, MEd 1983)

Professor Kai-ming Cheng (SBS, JP) is Chair Professor of Education and Senior Advisor to the Vice-Chancellor at the University of Hong Kong. He is a graduate of HKU (BSc 1966, BSc Sp 1967, MEd 1983). He was a school teacher and a school principal before he pursued his doctoral degree with the University of London Institute of Education. He joined the University of Hong Kong in 1984, and was Dean of Education and Pro- Vice-Chancellor. His research concentrates on education policies, as consultant to various international organizations. From 1996 to 2006, he has been Visiting Professor at the Harvard Graduate School of Education.

程介明 ，香港大學教育學院講座教授、校長資深顧問；香港大學理學士、教育碩士；倫敦大學教育研究院博士；曾任中學教師、校長；歷任港大教育學院院長、副校長；過去十年，兼任哈佛大學教育研究學院訪問教授。

Mr Philip B L Lam 林炳麟

Mr Philip B L Lam , FCMA, AHKSA, CMA (CANADA), ACIS, ACIB, is currently the Director of Finance for the University of Hong Kong, overseeing the University’s finance and enterprises function. He first joined the University in 1975, and has held the present position since 1990. He spent three years in Canada from 1982 to 1985, where he worked as the Chief Accountant and Comptroller in the Overseas Bank of Canada. Prior to 1975, he worked for the Hang Seng Bank, a principal member of the HSBC Group.

He has also participated actively in community services, having been a member of the Board of Review of the Hong Kong Inland Revenue Department for several years and committee member of a number of government and professional bodies.

林炳麟 ，香港大學財務處處長，負責香港大學財務及企業發展事務。他於 1975 年加入香港大學，並於 1990 年擔任財務處處長。1982 至 1985 年期間，他在加拿大的海外加拿大銀行出任總會計師。1975 年加入香港大學前，他任職於恒生銀行。

他亦熱衷多項社會公職服務。他是香港稅局稅務上訴委員會的成員，並且是政府及數個專業團體的委員會成員。
