Wuxingchui

Legend says that Wuxingchui was created by the great Yang Style Taiji master Yang Ban-Hou while teaching Taiji to princes. This routine focuses on the five kinds of punches within Yang style Taiji. Including ban-lan-chui, zhoudi-kan-chui, pie-shen-chui, tzai-chui  and zhi-dang-chui.  Due to the fact that Pa Qua and Hsing I was famous at the time, matching their fame with that of Taiji, a lot of technique from both styles have been integrated into this routine. Gaining the strengths of the three internal styles. The factors of this routine is that the are very few repetitive moments, combines both hard and soft techniques and high combat values.

Zuoyou-shisanshi

Zuoyou-shisanshi was founded upon the 88 moves of Taijiquan passed down by Yang Cheng-Bu. Within it, Taiji moves such as que- wei, dan-bian, wan-shou, ban-lan-chui are added. These movements are reflective between the left and right side so that the practitioner could have a stable and balanced development when training. Also this could help develop a more well-rounded practical use.

Zuoyou-shisanshi is said to be passed down by Li Jing-Lam. In recent times, it has been introduced to the south by the founder of Pa Qua Fu Jen-Song, It belongs to the same heritage as Wuxingchui
