Cultural Association HKUSU

Cultural Association, HKUSU is an intermediate organization between The Hong Kong University Students' Union and affiliated Cultural Clubs and Societies.

Our Aims are:

1. Promote cultural activities in the Hong Kong University Students' Union

2. Encourage arts (including the literary, performing, visual and film arts) and intellectual games among union members and the general public

3. Raise standard of cultural activities among students

4. Represent interests of Cultural Clubs in the Union

Our Structure

Cultural Association is formed by the Cultural Clubs , the Executive Committee and the Cultural Council.

Including literary arts, performing arts, visual arts, film arts and intellectual games

Provide various Cultural Activities for Union members

Representatives of interests of Cultural Clubs in HKUSU

Responsible for maintaining day-to-day administration of the Association.

Highest authority of the Association

Provide a recognized means of communication between the Executive Committee and the Cultural Clubs

Each year, Cultural Clubs of HKUSU organize various cultural events to enhance the cultural atmosphere of the University of Hong Kong.

Cultural Association often collaborates with our cultural clubs to share a wide range of cultural activities to HKU students.

Besides Cultural Clubs and Cultural Association central executive committee, Cultural Council also plays an important role in the daily operation of Cultural Association.

As the highest authority of the Association, Cultural Council is formed by councillors from different background to include a large variety of interests in the council.
