HKU Graduate School holds Award Presentation Ceremony for outstanding research postgraduate students

A total of 66 research postgraduate students of various disciplines received awards on December 16, 2016 (Friday) at the Award Presentation Ceremony of the University of Hong Kong (HKU) Graduate School. The recipients were selected based on the quality of their thesis and academic performance.
The award recipients included six students for the Li Ka Shing Prize, 10 students for the Awards for Outstanding Research Postgraduate Student, 50 students for the University Postgraduate Fellowships.
In addition, 54 awardees received other prizes, such as Hong Kong PhD Fellowships, Croucher Foundation Fellowships/Scholarships, Doris Zimmern HKU-Cambridge Hughes Hall Scholarships, Fulbright-RGC Hong Kong Research Scholar Award Programme and the Three Minute Thesis Competition Awards also attended the ceremony.
