Organization of collaborative learning groups
What is guidance and  what is counselling? 
What can teachers do to facilitate the whole-person development of students? - A helping process and individual interaction - Preventive and developmental focus? Reactive and remedial orientation?

Learning Outcomes

At end of the session, the participants will be able to:
1.  Differentiate between guidance and counseling
2.  Suggest some guidance services at school to facilitate the whole-person development of students
