Public Forum on 2013 Long Term Housing Strategy: Building Sustainable Homes?

The forum, jointly organised by Affordable Housing Research Network (AHRN) and the Centre of Urban Studies and Urban Planning (CUSUP) of the Faculty of Architecture, the University of Hong Kong (HKU), and the Hong Kong Institute of Planners (HKIP), will be held at HKU on October 19, 2013 (Saturday).

The forum aims to provide a platform for the government, academics and urban sector professionals and the community to exchange views on the Long Term Housing Strategy Consultation Document recently announced by the government. The Secretary for Transport and Housing, Professor Anthony Cheung will be the First Speaker, followed by Professor Rebecca Chiu, Director, Affordable Housing Research Network and Centre of Urban Studies and Urban Planning, HKU. It will end with a Roundtable Discussion led by representatives of the professional institutes and an open discussion.
