HKU will host the Equal Opportunity Festival 2014

HKU will host the Equal Opportunity Festival 2014 with theme “To Build a Barrier-free Society for All” from November 5 to 21. A series of event including talks, sharing session, book exhibition, and visual communication theatre will be held. 

An opening ceremony will be held tomorrow (November 5). Ms Yu Chui-yee, Paralympic Gold Medalist and a wheelchair fencing player will be the Guest of Honour. An inauguration ceremony for the Equal Opportunity Student Ambassadors will also be held on the occasion.
