HKU to hold Inauguration Ceremony for new students

The University of Hong Kong (HKU) will welcome its new students at the Inauguration Ceremony on August 26 (Wednesday). Professor John Leong Chi-yan, Chairman, Hospital Authority, will be the Guest of Honour. Other HKU members who will give welcoming address at the Ceremony are HKU President Professor Peter Mathieson, Dean of Student Affairs Dr. Albert Chau Wai-lap, Chairman of Convocation Mr. John Wan Chung-on and President of the Hong Kong University Students' Union Mr. Billy Fung Jing-en.
