Public Forum on “Life as a Banker”
Practitioner Lecturers Series co-organised by HKU FBE and FSDC

The Faculty of Business and Economics of the University of Hong Kong and the Financial Services Development Council (FSDC) jointly organise a public forum entitled “Life as a Banker”. This forum aims to provide guidance and insights to university students and young graduates on career prospects in the financial industry. Details of the Public Forum are as follows:

Mr. Peter Wong Tung Shun is Deputy Chairman and Chief Executive Asia-Pacific of The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, also Group Managing Director and member of the Group Management Board of the HSBC Group. Mr. Wong serves on a number of government regulatory bodies and industry associations, including Non-official Member of the HKSAR Economic Development Commission, President of the Hong Kong Institute of Bankers, Member of the 12th National Committee for the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference and Board Member of China Banking Association (CBA). Mr. Wong is an Honorary Professor of The University of Hong Kong for the School of Economics and Finance.
