Des Voeux Chambers and HKU Symposium on IP Dispute Resolution
"Charting the New Waters of 21st Century IP Dispute Resolution"

The Law and Technology Centre at the Faculty of Law of the University of Hong Kong and the Des Voeux Chambers will jointly hold a symposium on Intellectual Property Dispute Resolution on November 22 (Wednesday).
At the symposium, a panel of local and international experts will share insights and unlock the value of the recent IP Arbitration Amendment Bill passed this year.
The Rt. Hon. Sir Robin Jacob QC, Sir Hugh Laddie Chair of Intellectual Property Law of the University College London (UCL) Faculty of Laws, and Former Lord Justice of Appeal, England & Wales, Arbitrator, Governor of the Expert Witness Institute, will give a Keynote speech on issues about arbitration in a global context.
