Artificial intelligence (AI) has become a focal point in the arena of engineering, technology, investment and manufacturing industry globally. Initiated by Tsinghua University (THU) and The University of Hong Kong (HKU), the first “Hong Kong International Artificial Intelligence Summit” will be held on November 30, 2018 (Friday) to foster research and collaborations on the applications of AI. It is also aimed at exploring the development opportunities of AI in Financial Technology.
Aims of the Summit:
(1) To have a better understanding of the development of AI in Mainland China and Hong Kong
(2) What THU and HKU have achieved in the area of AI
(3) Application areas currently focused on and what other areas to pay attention to
(4) In what way can HKU work together with THU to speed up the future development of AI
