This symposium (conducted in Cantonese) is funded by the University of Hong Kong (HKU) Knowledge Exchange Fund, the University Grants Committee and hosted by the Faculty of Education, HKU. The event aims to promote reading, which is a crucial function of schools and libraries. In addition to the keynote speakers to share some success stories of schools, academic, and public libraries around the world, and introduce our related books, book authors from the education sector will share their reading and authoring experience in the morning session of the symposium. In the afternoon session of this event, celebrities featuring Ma Ding Sheng, John Tsang and other speakers will share their successful learning and authoring experience. We hope the audience can enjoy reading and take the next step in writing. To follow up, we are willing to exchange ideas and collaborate.
