The opening ceremony of the Centre will be officiated by Professor Lap-Chee Tsui, HKU's Vice-Chancellor, Professor Samuel Chan Ting-Hon, Executive Director of HKU's School of Chinese Medicine, and Dr Annie Wong Leung Kit-Wah, Executive Chair of The Global Foundation of Distinguished Chinese Ltd. Professor Tong Yao, Director of HKU's School of Chinese Medicine, will be also at the ceremony. Details of the ceremony are as follows:

Venue: Central Centre for Teaching and Research, Room 703, No. 9, Queen's Road Central, Hong Kong.
(The Ceremony will be conducted in Cantonese.)
Latest Chinese medicine equipment such as an intelligent acupuncture model, a pulse model and a massage analysis system will be on display on the day.

HKU's School of Chinese Medicine to open Central Centre for Teaching and Reseach (Press Invitation)

The School of Chinese Medicine at the University of Hong Kong (HKU) is to open its Central Centre for Teaching and Research on Tuesday, May 18. The Central Clinical Centre will provide support for clinical teaching as well as offer consultation services to the public. A Chinese medicine pharmacy is attached to the Centre to provide service to patients.
