HKU Graduate School Induction Programme & Award Presentation Ceremony

The University of Hong Kong's Graduate School will hold an induction programme for new research students and present the Outstanding Research Student Awards. Professor Anthony Yeh, Dean of Graduate School, will give a welcoming speech and Professor Paul Tam, Pro-Vice-Chancellor, will present the awards.
At the ceremony, nine research postgraduate students will be awarded for exceptional quality of the thesis submitted and outstanding academic performance. The Outstanding Research Student Awards were established by HKU's Graduate School in 2002, winners are selected annually from among the graduates of our research postgraduate programmes in that year. Award recipients for year 2003-2004 come from different disciplines including Asian Studies, Business, Zoology, Surgery, Computer Science, Linguistics, Politics & Public Administration, Anatomy and Earth Sciences.
