Richard Wong who is also Acting Dean of the Faculty of Business and Economics, London Business School Associate Dean & MBA programme director Ms. Julia Tyler, Director of British Council Ms. Ruth Gee, London Business School alumni representatives, Consul-Generals, various prominent guests and international MBA students.
This MBA partnership arrangement is believed to be the first of its kind, with HKU as the first and only partnering institution of London Business School. The partnership is unique in that all students will study in London Business School for 3 months with full LBS student status in all aspects of learning and campus life. Students will be issued LBS certificate and awarded life-long LBS alumni status as a member of the around-the-globe London Business School alumni network.

Celebrating HKU MBA's No. 1 Ranking in Asia Partnership with London Business School Scales New Heights

HKU Faculty of Business & Economics is to celebrate its MBA programme being ranked No. 1 in Asia and Australasia as well as to launch its partnership with London Business School which ranks No. 5 in the world in a ceremony to be held TOMORROW on Tuesday, November 29, 2005 in HKU. HKU's ranking is announced by the Economist Intelligence Unit recently in its 2005 ranking of MBA programmes.
