MGH-HKU-Nature China Forum To explore Molecular Medicine and Biopharma Opportunities in China

China is increasingly becoming an attractive destination for biotechnology and pharmaceutical research, an international forum will be held at The Univeristy of Hong Kong to discuss the advances in molecular medicine in China, identify important market opportunities – from stell cell research to cardiovascular disease, and to explore biotechnology and biopharmaceutical opportunities in China.
The "MGH-HKU-Nature China Forum on Molecular Medicine and Biopharma Opportunities" is co-organized by Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard Medical School (MGH), The University of Hong Kong (HKU) and Nature Publishing Group (Nature).
The two-day forum will be opened by Mr. Francis Ho, Permanent Secretary for Commerce, Industry and Technology (Communications and Technology), The Government of HKSAR in the presence of HKU Vice-Chancellor Professor Lap-Chee Tsui and over 200 leading academic and scientific scientists from around the globe, including Professor David Ho of Aaron Diamond AIDS Research Centre, The Rockfeller University, Professor Jerry Yang of Centre for Regenerative Biology, University of Connecticut and Professor Douglas Melton of Harvard Stem Cell Institute.
