Inauguration ceremony for new students at HKU

New students at The University of Hong Kong are to be officially welcomed to the University on 29 August 2007 at HKU's Loke Yew Hall.  Among those giving welcoming addresses will be Vice Chancellor Professor Lap-Chee Tsui, Dean of Student Affairs Dr. Albert Chau, Acting Chairman of Convocation Mr Choi Sau Yuk, President of the Students' Union Mr. Wan Hon San.  The Guest of Honor Chief Executive of Hong Kong Monetary Authority Mr. Joseph Yam GBS, JP, will address the students.
