HKU to Present Long Service Awards to Senior Staff

The University of Hong Kong (HKU) will hold the Long Service Awards Presentation Ceremony on June 1 (Tuesday) to honour senior staff members for their contributions to the University.
This is the 17th year the University holds the ceremony to extend its appreciation to loyal colleagues and to recognize their contributions. Vice-Chancellor Professor Lap-Chee Tsui will officiate at the ceremony.
A total of 22 staff members will receive the awards this year. Recipients include Department of Psychology Professor Geoffrey Blowers, Dean of the Faculty of Law Professor Johannes Chan, Chan Professor in Constitutional Law Professor Albert Chen and Medical Librarian Ms Julia Chan.
Long Service Awards are presented to staff members who have served the University for more than 25 years or 35 years. Awardees include teachers and professionals from various academic and support service departments.
