"Education Research Degrees Alumni Reunion Forum”

In celebration of the University's Centenary, the Faculty of Education of The University of Hong Kong (HKU) will organize the "Education Research Degrees Alumni Reunion" on November 6, 2010 at the University. The Alumni Forum, which is the first ever in the Faculty will be one of the highlights of the Reunion event.
In the past decades, the Faculty has achieved to produce graduates of distinct commitment to lifelong learning, ethical practice and professionalism, and capable of being responsive leaders. The Forum will shed light on the impact our outstanding alumni have transferred to the local and regional community by taking up the roles as policy makers and scholars in tertiary education. The sharing of our distinguished speakers will also showcase the mission of our Faculty of igniting and passing on the torch of knowledge in the education marathon across different sectors.
Four of our most distinguished PhD graduates are invited to share in the Forum their experiences of being a research student in the Faculty and their fascinating stories. Speakers include the following experts in the field from Hong Kong and Mainland China:
