HKU Faculty of Engineering to Award Students and Honour Teachers

The University of Hong Kong's Faculty of Engineering will present prizes and awards to outstanding students and teachers in recognition of their achievements and excellence in research and teaching. The Prize Presentation Ceremony will be held on Saturday, November 6, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. in Loke Yew Hall.

This year's Dean's Honours List will be presented by Professor George L Tham, Associate Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, HKU.

Ir Professor Reuben Chu, President, The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers, will be the Guest of Honour to present awards to outstanding students winning faculty prizes and entrance scholarships.

HKU Deputy Vice-Chancellor and Provost, Professor Roland T Chin, will honour teachers for their outstanding achievements.
