HKU and the University of Latvia sign Memorandum of Understanding on co-operation

The University of Hong Kong (HKU) and the University of Latvia signed a Memorandum of Understanding today (June 13) seeking to strengthen bilateral relations in the field of education and scientific research.
HKU Vice-Chancellor Professor Lap-Chee Tsui represented HKU at the signing ceremony in the presence of Prime Minister of Latvia, the Honorable Mr. Valdis Dombrovskis.
