The most favorite subjects among the applicants are Economics, Finance, Engineering and Accounting, followed by Science and Architecture.
A HKU team of about 60 academic and administrative staff will pay a four-day visit to 10 cities in the Mainland by the end of June to meet students selected for interview. About 300 students will be admitted.
