Our Keynote Speakers Prof. Neil Smith of the City University of New York, USA and Prof. Mike Berry of the RMIT University, Australia will talk about "Toxic Capitalism: Neoliberalism, City Building, and Crisis" and "Neoliberalism and the City: Poor Economics and Even Worse Policy" respectively.
