HKU holds Award Presentation Ceremony for Excellence in Teaching and Research 2011

The University of Hong Kong held its annual Award Presentation Ceremony for Excellence in Teaching and Research 2011 today (Feb 9) to honour and celebrate the dedication and outstanding teaching and research achievements of distinguished colleagues.

HKU Vice-Chancellor Professor Lap-Chee Tsui presided at the ceremony and HKU Pro-Chancellor Dr the Honourable David Li Kwok Po was the Guest of Honour.

During the ceremony, six categories of awards were conferred upon a number of our colleagues which include the Outstanding Teaching Award, Distinguished Research Achievement Award, Outstanding Research Student Supervisor Award, Outstanding Researcher Award, Outstanding Young Researcher Award, and Research Output Prize.
