HKU Faculty of Engineering to hold Inaugural Engineering Centenary Distinguished Lecture

The Faculty of Engineering of the University of Hong Kong (HKU) will hold the inaugural Engineering Centenary Distinguished Lecture on 2 May 2012 (Wednesday). The lecture entitled "Hong Kong's Role in the Development of PRD in China's 12th Five-Year Plan" will be delivered by Dr Victor Fung Kwok-king, GBM, GBS, CBE, OBE. He will share his thoughts and insights on:
- Strengths and Challenges of Hong Kong
- Positioning of Hong Kong in the Economic Development of GPRD
- Measures to be adopted to Reinforce Hong Kong's Positioning
HKU Vice-Chancellor Professor Lap-Chee Tsui will be the officiating guest at the lecture. The lecture is sponsored by Paul Y. Engineering Group Limited.
