About the Diploma in Management Consulting & Change (DMCC)
The Diploma in Management Consulting and Change is the first of its kind in Hong Kong and the Mainland of China. It was created from a demand for such training in the industry. Management consulting firms both local and foreign, internal consulting departments of multinational and small independent firms, the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce, the Hong Kong Government notably the Management Services Agency have all called for the continuous professional development of change agents and management consultants. The culmination of many months of efforts and industry analysis at the Institute and the Chamber have produced this new programme.
About the Graduate Diploma in e-Commerce (DEC)
eCommerce is transforming today's competitive landscape, both in industrial and consumer markets. As such, firms' competitive edge is increasingly tied to their ability to leverage Internet-based technologies to streamline their existing business processes, extend their market reach, and respond to market needs quickly. The Diploma in eCommerce was designed in response to the industry's need for a workforce conversant in the language of the new economy. Working closely with the business community, the Program brought together academics and business leaders to gain a better understanding of the major developments surrounding global electronic commerce.

About the Graduate Diploma in e-Supply Chain & Logistics Leadership (DSCLL)
The growth of e-commerce, globalisation, intensive cost and service competition, and attention to competitive advantage have made supply chain the key driver of management activity in the current age.
