The World University Service Hong Kong Branch (WUSHKUB) at the University of Hong Kong is to organise a public forum on "The Feasibility of the HKSAR Universal Suffrage In The Year 2007" on Thursday, October 9, 2003. Members of the press are cordially invited to attend. Details of the forum are as follows:
