"ETIC works closely with an independent R&D organisation, the E-Business Technology Institute, and is thus supported by the institute's knowledge base and extensive network of collaboration within and outside the university," explains Prof Lap-Chee Tsui, Chairman of ETIC and the Vice-Chancellor of the University of Hong Kong.
