Guidelines and Registration for Visiting Tourists

Visitors are also captivated by HKU’s rich history and the stunning architecture of buildings, as well as the enriching experiences provided by our museums and art gallery, and the tranquility of our natural surroundings.
Starting from 1 May 2024, tourists visiting the campus between 8am and 6.30pm, Monday to Saturday, will be required to make reservations through HKU’s online registration platform with their real name and email address prior to the intended visit. Visits will be divided into two-hour sessions with a limited number of visitor quota available for each session.
Except for the times indicated above, visiting tourists are not required to make reservation for visiting HKU's campus in advance. Reservation is not required for visiting the campus on Public Holidays as well.
Tourists visiting the campus outside of the above hours (including Sundays and Public Holidays) are not required to make advance reservations.
